no surprise overages
"Nate was fantastic to work with on our basement finishing project. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, kept us fully informed of what was going to happen and when and there were no surprise overages at the end. I would definitely recommend Nate Kaptein Builders for any home building or renovation projects. "

he listened to our wants and needs
"I enjoyed working with Nate. He is very personable and easy to have a conversation with. He listened to our wants and needs and took meticulous notes. When speaking to him about parts of the project, he wouldn't talk "down" to me on sections of the project he was in that I may not have had much familiarity with. I found Nate extremely easy to work with."
