Welcome to our cottage renovation on Big Star Lake! What better way to spend Michigan summer days than at the lake. This cottage renovation brought this cottage out of the 90s into the modern age. When you are at the cottage there is never enough room for all the guests! So we added a new bedroom, and full bathroom upstairs for more space for guests. You also can’t always be playing at the lake so we added a work space for remote work. Installing new interior finishes throughout the cottage, like shiplap on the vaulted ceilings with a white oak beam detail on the main area ceiling we gave this cottage a fresh look to entertain friends and family for years to come!
